General Practice Associate Veterinarian:
Veterinarian Wanted: Must Love Pets, Puns & People:
Do you have a passion for saving animals, cracking the occasional (or constant) pet pun, and
working with a team that feels like family—minus the weird uncle? If so, you’re exactly the kind of veterinarian we’re searching for at Village Veterinary Clinic of Hamburg!
What We Offer (Besides an Adorable Clientele):
- A (mostly) drama-free, supportive workplace where laughter and teamwork go paw in paw.
- Flexible scheduling so you can actually have a life (crazy concept, right?).
- Access to cutting-edge equipment to make you feel like the James Bond of vet med.
- Paid CE because geeking out on new techniques makes us all better.
- Snack distribution throughout the hospital (though the techs might get to them first).
“We hire docs who specifically match our culture, purpose, mission and values. This allows for an open and collaborative environment where our medical standards and professionalism shine while the humans performing their duties are engaged, supported, respected, and empowered. There is also laughter. Lots of laughter.” -Andrew M. Reyda, DVM, Practice Owner.
Your Superpowers:
- Licensed DVM (extra points if you can pronounce “brachycephalic” with minimal spittage)
- Ability to handle a Chihuahua and a St. Bernard back-to-back without losing your sanity.
- Fluency in “parent talk”—aka validating Mr. Whiskers; obviously superior cuteness.
- A good sense of humor—because sometimes you just have to laugh at the day’s chaos.
A Typical Day (Mostly):
- Morning cuddles from furry patients (sometimes followed by growls—it’s a mixed bag).
- Educating pet parents with the patience of a saint.
- High-fives from a rock-star tech team after a successful procedure.
- Treats… for the pets and maybe for you too.
If you’ve got the medical chops, the desire to grow professionally, a love for animals, and a
sense of humor that can handle our daily circus, we want to hear from you!
How to Apply:
Send your resume, cover letter, and a fun fact about yourself to
villagevetofhamburg113@gmail.com. Bonus points if you include your favorite pet pun.
