Do you accept pet insurance?
We do accept pet insurance. The doctors will fill out any paperwork pertaining to the current issue that your pet is seen for. The acceptance or decline of a claim will be at the discretion of the insurance company.

What if I have an emergency?
If you feel your pet is having an emergency and your regular veterinarian is not available, please feel free to call the clinic and we can direct you. You may also bring any patient in if needed (although calling ahead is preferred).
The Village Veterinary Clinic of Hamburg is now accepting emergency patients (the only day we close is Christmas Day).
We have a doctor available for emergencies Monday-Saturday 8am-11pm and Sunday 8am-6pm. Licensed veterinary technicians are available 24/7 for phone support and patient monitoring.

How can I refill my pet's medication?
Medications are refilled by calling in a request to the office. The doctors will then approve the request.
You can also order medications through our pet app, PetDesk!
You can also order medications through our online pharmacy, Vets First Choice. Medications and food can be delivered right to your door. You can receive an email script directly from the veterinarian (please be sure your email is up to date in our hospital system) or you can place the order yourself online. Once a script has been requested, your veterinarian can approve the request.
